JSG has an independent Laboratory which operate as a Self-Profit Center, hence cater to whole of Faridabad and NCR Delhi Region for all type of Steel testing.

We are NABL Accredited laboratory.

To do so we have wide range of Mechanical & Chemical Properties Testing Equipment. Chemical Analysis by Spectrometer and All types of Mechanical Inspection with Metallurgical Property of materials including heavy elements of materials such as Lead(Pb), Mercury(Hg), Cadmium(Cd), Haxachromium(Cr+6), Bromine(Br). We also conduct all types of Hardness Testing (in Rockwell, Micro Vickers, Vickers, Brinell), Tensile & Load Testing, Micro Hardness Test, Impact Test, Charpy and Izod, Bend Test on Long products, Bend Test on Pipe, Bend and Re-bend test on Torsteel, We have the capability to produce digital Images, Grain Size and Porosity.

We do calibration of Mechanical Equipment's, Thermal Equipment's and Electrical Equipment's.

Our advanced technology equipment's include Spectrometer (by ARL Switzerland), Imported Salt Spray Testing Machines, Micro Vickers Hardness Testing Machines, XRF Spectrometer, Facility for Analyzing Heavy Elements, Metallurgical Microscope with Image Analyzer and many more. We have magnetic particle inspection equipment's. Capability to detect surface and sub-surface defects in both longitudinal as well transverse orientations. We have Ultrasonic Testing facilities for confirming internal soundness of products. Our testing equipment are calibrated to national and international standards.

We provide online on-time report to our customer independently through our self-sufficient lab.
