Precision Turned Components

JSG's specialized factory for precision auto components boasts over 30 up-to-date CNC and VMC machines. Additionally, JSG has SPM machines for specialized turned components.

The factory manufactures components from brass, stainless steel, aluminium, alloy steel, and forged materials.

The CNC machines can produce auto components up to 300mm in diameter and 400mm in length. The VMCs facilitate production of components up to 600 x 800 mm in size.

JSG also has capabilities for centreless grinding, cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, laser marking, and index machining.

Overall, JSG's factory is equipped with a range of advanced CNC, VMC, and grinding machines to manufacture precision auto components in various materials and sizes.
